One job, done completely
Each product we ship solves a single, sharply defined problem. No feature sprawl, no settings maze. You open it, it works, you move on.
Three founders · One discipline
Every business runs on a hundred small frictions that nobody thinks to fix. Hiruki Labs finds them, then engineers them away with precise, focused software.
Software that pulls its weight.
The idea
Hiruki Labs started with three people watching the same thing happen over and over: capable businesses slowed down by software built for someone else. Tools with fifty features where one was needed. Dashboards nobody opened. Licenses nobody used.
So we made a decision that became our mark. Two stems and a broken crossbar, three parts for three founders, joined into a single H. The idea sits on the left. The impact lands on the right.
We look for the problems that hide in plain sight, the ones too small for big vendors and too painful to keep ignoring, and we build the exact software that removes them.
What we build
We practice a deliberate discipline: the micro app. The smallest piece of software that fully removes a real problem, engineered with the care of a system a hundred times its size.
Each product we ship solves a single, sharply defined problem. No feature sprawl, no settings maze. You open it, it works, you move on.
Because the scope is precise, adoption is immediate. No migration projects, no training programs, no consultants.
The best tool is the one you stop noticing. Our software takes over the repetitive work and stays out of the way of the real work.
Small surface, serious internals. Every product carries the same standards a large platform would demand: fast, reliable, secure.
Products
Hiruki Labs already runs in the field across construction sites, retail counters, and family living rooms. A financial compass ships next — and there is more behind the door than we are saying yet.
Kids · AI Stories
Screen time a parent can feel good about.
A new story, generated and narrated for your child every time — no feed, no autoplay, no algorithm chasing their attention. Just a beginning, a middle, and an end.
Construction · Cost Tracking
Every site, every cost, one ledger.
SantiyeX tracks material, labor, and budget across every active site, so contractors worldwide know exactly where the money went before the invoice arrives.
CRM · ERP
Customers, stock, and sales — one system, one truth.
MusteriX replaces the spreadsheet stack: customer records, inventory, sales pipeline, and profit-and-loss reporting, reconciled automatically in one place.
Retail · Tile Stores
Scan the tile. Know the price and the stock.
Karokod prints a QR code for every product on the floor. Scan it and the register pulls live price and remaining stock straight from the database — no lookup binder, no guessing.

How it works
01
A short conversation about the friction in your day. You do not need a spec, a budget line, or technical vocabulary. Just describe the annoyance.
02
We scope the exact software that removes the problem, nothing more. You see the plan and the boundaries before anything is built.
03
The product ships in weeks, works from day one, and keeps working. We maintain it so it never becomes the next problem.
Questions
The smallest piece of software that fully removes one real problem. It has one job, a tiny learning curve, and none of the bloat of a general purpose platform. Think of it as a precision tool rather than a toolbox.
Teams and businesses of any size that feel friction a big vendor will never prioritize. If a task in your week makes you think someone should have fixed this by now, that is our territory.
Not at all. You describe the annoyance in plain language and we translate it into software. There is nothing to install, configure, or administer on your side unless you want there to be.
Because scope is deliberately small, most projects go from first conversation to working software in a few weeks, not months. We confirm a timeline before any work starts.
That depends on the engagement. Products we release are ours and you subscribe to them. Custom work we build for you belongs to you, with terms agreed up front in writing.
We maintain what we ship. Updates, fixes, and small refinements are part of the deal, so the tool keeps working as your business changes.
The first releases are in active development now. Reach out and we will let you know the moment they are available.
